Ministers: The People of SAINT John’s

We believe in SERVING OTHERS in Christ’s name and that the church exists for the sake of the world. Members of Saint John’s are active locally, across the U.S., and internationally. Our activities supply food, clothing, school supplies, and many other forms of aid and financial support. To learn more, click here or on the SERVE tab above.

Saint John’s strives to be INCLUSIVE AND DIVERSE. Our pastors and members reflect a variety of races, ethnicities, sexual orientation, religious background, and interests, and several interfaith families find a home here. Our members have a variety of educational backgrounds and financial circumstances, from blue collar to Wall Street.

WORSHIP provides a means for expressing our thanksgiving to God and fellowship for the journey of faith. Our services are traditional, but also robust, joyous, ever-changing, and inclusive of ALL ages. We offer music and liturgies from around the globe, including from Africa, Mexico, Israel, and Asia, to name a few. It can easily be said, “if you don’t like it this week, come next week because we might be trying something new!”

Saint John’s has always been known for its commitment to MUSIC and its role in worship and the life of the congregation. We are very fortunate to have talented and dedicated members and friends who generously offer their time and talents, plus a variety of instruments and resources to support our music-making. EDUCATION for children, youth, & adults. We take the Bible seriously at Saint John’s, encouraging people to bring their questions and to not leave their brains at the door. We are committed to education for ALL ages. See our calendar for current offerings.
