Nicene Creed Forum, TODAY and April 6, 9:00 AM: Pastor Blake will look at historical and contemporary issues around the Creed which turns 1,700 years old in 2025.
Archives Display in the Library TODAY highlights many of the amazing women in Saint John’s history. All of the extensive albums on our church history may be viewed in the corner conference room when the church office is open.
Online Giving: If you have a recurring donation, this will be canceled and must be switched to Servant Keeper, our new platform. Online Giving Setup help will be available Sunday, from 9:00-10:30 AM and after the 10:30 service. You will need your laptop or mobile device and your bank information or credit card. Camino de Vida Latiné Outreach: Tuesdays through April 15 at 6:30 PM, we have a Spanish language Word, prayer, and praise group. Thursdays at 8:00 PM, there is a Spanish language Bible study, Caminando Unidos en Cristo, via Zoom. Contact Pastor Haydée.
Lenten Midweek Soup Suppers and Services, Wednesdays in Lent Soup Supper at 6:00 PM followed by Lenten Midweek Services at 7:00 PM. Volunteers are needed to provide soup, salad, bread or dessert and to help with set-up/clean-up. Sign up in the weekly email or in the entryway.
Soup for a Cause: Homemade soups and breads are available to purchase between services. All proceeds will go toward St. Stephan’s-Grace Community, Newark. See the weekly email to help.
Lenten Collections: Boxes of Cereal for Loaves and Fishes, cans of tuna/chicken for GRACE, and cleaning supplies for Family Promise. Collections end on April 6. Cereal count: 117 boxes.
Caritas Chamber Chorale Concert Grace for the Wayfarer, Friday, April 4 at 7:00 PM. A sacred a cappella choral concert, with premiere of a piece by Saint John’s member, Wayne Dietterick.
