Annual Congregation Meeting, February 12. There will be ONE worship service at 9:30 AM on this day. The meeting will immediately follow the service in Hinman Hall. Lunch will be provided. We will elect Congregation Council Members, elect Synod Assembly Voting Members, approve the Ministry Spending Plan, adopt the RIC Welcome Statement, receive reports, and set ministry vision for the future. All members are urged to attend. While the meeting is primarily in-person a remote option via Zoom is available by contacting the office.
Linda Espeland Funeral: In the sure and certain hope of the resurrection, we announce the death of longtime member Linda Espeland. A funeral service for Linda will be held at the church TODAY at 1:30 PM. A light reception will follow.
Confirmation Class, TODAY, 5:30 PM: 7th - 9th graders will meet as they prepare to affirm their baptisms. Please pray for our confirmands as they explore their Lutheran faith.

Souper Bowl of Caring, February 12: We will have our “Noisy Offering” to collect donations for ELCA World Hunger. So don’t forget to bring your change, but any amount is welcome!
Shrove Sunday Breakfast, February 19, 9:00 AM: Pancake Day, Fasnacht (Donut) Day, Shrove Tuesday – all of these are the traditional feast day before the start of Lent on Ash Wednesday. Lent – the 40 days leading up to Easter – was traditionally a time of fasting. Shrove Tuesday was the last opportunity to use up sugars and fats before embarking on the Lenten fast and pancakes are the perfect way of using up these ingredients. We will celebrate with pancakes, bacon, and sausage before our Lenten fast begins. Come hungry!
